Cancellation Policy
-Free of charge. -Initial consultations are not a counselling or therapy session and does not establish an ongoing therapeutic relationship. -Does not include a clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention. -Does not guarantee acceptance as a client or availability for ongoing services. -May be followed by recommendations for other services or professionals if Bloom Wellness Counselling is not the appropriate fit for your needs. If you decide to proceed with counselling, a separate appointment will be scheduled and the applicable intake, consent, and payment requirements will apply. If you are unable to attend your consultation, please cancel or reschedule in advance so the appointment time can be made available to another prospective client.
