payment, rescheduling, and cancellation policies

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before your scheduled counselling session begins. Sessions cannot begin until the outstanding balance has been paid.
Payments may be made securely through the available online payment options provided by Bloom Wellness Counselling.
All payments are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, eligible payments may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment rather than refunded.
By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment Policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Online cancellations and rescheduling are unavailable within 24 hours of the scheduled session. If an emergency or circumstance outside of your control occurs during this period, please contact Bloom Wellness Counselling directly.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty, with the 50% deposit applied as a credit toward the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will result in the 50% deposit being forfeited.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable. When a cancellation qualifies under this policy, any eligible amount will be retained as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment rather than issued as a refund.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The remaining balance will still be due in full before the session begins.
Exceptions to the cancellation or rescheduling terms may be considered for emergencies or circumstances outside of your control at the discretion of Bloom Wellness Counselling.
